Costume and Prop hire packages:
Key Terms and conditions:
- The cost for the costumes and props packages hire is £400.00. The hire period for costumes is two weeks. Longer hire periods can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Should you require a bespoke selection of props / costumes, please contact us to discuss costs.
- You can collect / return the packages in person from Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire). In exceptional cases we can arrange for the pack to be shipped to you (at additional cost) but the size and range of items included is making this increasingly hard to do (weight and packing restrictions).
- The packages are boxed in 2 x reinforced lockable metal storage trucks for collection. These measure 84cm long, by 50cm wide, by 42cm high. Overall they weigh c. 30kg each. Each can be managed by a single person but we advise 2 people carry them. Additional / overflow items are supplied in large bags. Overall, with packaging, the entire packs weigh just under 100kg. The 2 trunks and the bags can fit into a medium sized car
- Your hire booking is secured with a booking deposit of £100. Unless your hire value is under £100, in which case you must pay in full.
- A refundable security deposit of £200 is also payable with each hire. Any lost or damaged items will be charged for and the balance refunded after the hire period.
- Full payment must be made 5 days in advance of the hire.
- You are responsible for insuring the items throughout your hire period.

Making a booking:
- Please contact us to confirm that the dates you require are available.
- We will then send you a booking form to complete and return to us.
- We will then issue you with an invoice for the hire (including details of how to pay the £100 deposit).
- We’ll ask you to complete a cast measurement form and quickly advise you of any costume requirements that we will struggle to meet due to tricky sizes, so that you can make alternative arrangements for those items.
